Hotel booking, front desk and guest services
A boutique hotel needed its website bookings, front desk and housekeeping working from the same reservations. Over 16 weeks we built the booking website, with a service link guests use during their stay, and an Arabic operations workspace for staff.

The challenge
Booking availability, front-desk plans and housekeeping were tracked separately and drifted apart. Staff had no shared view of arrivals and room readiness, and guests had no simple way to ask for help during a stay.
Our approach
The booking site shows room types, rates and cancellation terms before guests book, in English with an Arabic version and prices in EGP. Staff work in Arabic: arrivals show room readiness and payment status, the reservations plan handles date and room changes, and housekeeping tasks and guest requests each carry an owner and a status. Guests receive the service link at check-in.
Outcome
- Availability, rates and cancellation terms visible before booking
- Arrivals linked to room readiness and payment status
- Housekeeping tasks with a clear status and owner
- Guest requests sent from the service link and tracked to completion
