Property operations for leasing, tenants and maintenance
A Saudi operator of residential and commercial buildings needed leasing, rent and maintenance in one place. Over 24 weeks we built an office workspace, an Arabic tenant app and a contractor job app, each showing the records and actions its role needs.

The challenge
Lease dates, tenant messages and maintenance records were kept separately. Requests had no traceable path from submission to completion, and access had to be limited to the relevant tenancy and work order.
Our approach
Building and unit records connect lease terms, documents, rent status and renewal dates. Tenants submit requests in Arabic with photos, urgency and preferred visit times. Office staff assign contractors, whose app works offline and records check-in, before-and-after photos and the tenant's confirmation. The office reviews each job before closing it and charging the owner or tenant. Rent reminders follow a set schedule, and long-overdue cases move to legal review.
Outcome
- One unit record for lease details, payments, documents and maintenance history
- Tenant requests with photos, urgency and visit times, with status visible until closed
- Contractor visits recorded with check-in times, before-and-after photos and tenant confirmation
- Rent collection and renewals tracked by building, with access by role and an activity trail
