Fleet tracking, routing and predictive maintenance
We connected a shipping operator's warehouses, couriers and fleet in one platform over 32 weeks. The scope covered live vehicle telemetry, routing, fleet management and predictive maintenance. Dispatch was using the tracking map by week eleven.

The challenge
Dispatch relied on calls to locate shipments, so exceptions surfaced after customers noticed them. Maintenance followed a calendar, leaving loaded trucks vulnerable to breakdowns mid-route.
Our approach
We brought shipment and vehicle telemetry into one event stream, with a live dispatch map, courier performance view and vehicle service register. A supervised model used run hours, load and sensor history to score failure risk, trained on two years of the client's workshop records.
Outcome
- Route-planning time reduced by 31% with routing based on live positions
- Roughly three in five breakdowns flagged before the vehicle left the yard
- Shipment tracking and courier ETAs available without phone check-ins
- Warehouses and last-mile handovers coordinated on the same board
“Dispatch used to phone a driver for an ETA. Now the customer sees it before we do — and twice this quarter the board told us a truck needed a workshop before the driver noticed anything.”Faisal Al-Dossari — Dispatch manager, Mishwar Logistics
