Agency operations platform with invoicing and payments
Over 26 weeks we built Web Tag, a Vue application on a Laravel API, for a client serving small agencies and freelancers. Their own agency was using it by week fifteen, with tasks, client records, invoices and regional and international payments connected.

The challenge
Client conversations, order status, tasks and invoices lived in separate places. Teams re-created invoices by hand and followed up through chat, making it hard to keep delivery and payment records aligned.
Our approach
We tied client, order, task and invoice to one data model, with list, board and timeline views of the same work. Invoices build directly from order records as line items are entered. Regional gateways sit alongside international options so clients can pay through familiar channels.

- Invoices generated from order records, with live line-item, discount and total previews
- Stripe, PayPal, PayTR and STC Pay supporting cross-border billing
